I posted last year in February and had to postpone applying for a year (long story). Here is updated stats, hours and extracurriculars.

Clinical Experience: Medical scribe in the ED and CNA (450 hours) paid and patient transporter volunteer at local hospital (245 hours)
Research: Neurobiology lab 400 hours and
Shadowing: 200 hours (primary care, family med, colorectal surgery, neurosurgery and orthopedics)
Non-clinical volunteering: MealsOnWheels, Loaves and Fishes food shelf, sandwich project, and Feed my starving children (615 hours)
Other extracurricular activities: Professional athlete contract, 5 year D1 athlete at University, Captain my last year, won 6 different conference academic and athletics awards, volunteered numerous summers on campus with disabled children for expansion of sport, team events with children at the children's hospital each August, and math tutor in highschool
