Hi I am new in this forum and I would like to have few advices please if one can help. I have applied at the big 3 med schools in the island ( Ross Auc and st george) and got already interviewed before my mcat results came out. But right now I so down because my results were very low with a 3.0 sGpa and 3.5 cGpa.
My worry is can I still accept with a low mcat although I was interviewed already? I do know having been interviewed is not a guarantee

Lol you'll be just fine for the islands. You'll probably be accepted even if your mcat score was destroyed

Why apply Caribbean when you could take a gap year or get a post bac and spent time studying for the mcat again?

Going to the Caribbean is a very expensive mistake.

What is your MCAT score? You may have a chance at some DO schools.

It isn't especially kind to say but you should possess the critical thinking abilities to understand why a school would offer you an interview without even having an MCAT score if you want to be a physician.

Do some searches in these fora as to why this is, at best, and big crapshoot.
