What are my chances? worth applying with 6 in Verbal?

I have a 3.7 overall 3.83 scGPA

31 MCAT with a 13 physics, 12 Biology, 6 verbal

good recs, published paper, and good medical experience.

Thanks for any insight.
 
I think the 6 is really going to hurt you...Most schools have cutoffs of at least 7-8 in each section. I would check the MSAR to see which schools have a low 10th percentile in the verbal, and maybe just apply to those select few, but unfortunately you probably have to retake...
 
From the advice I have been getting, a 7 in any one section is the bare minimum you want to apply with. 8 is the "comfortable" minimum, but 6 is just too low in my opinion. Impressive BS and PS sections though and along with the GPA, if you just bring that VR to 8 or 9, you should be fine.
