What are my chances?

So I finished the first semester of my sophomore year and did not do well as I had previously planned. I was trying to fix my GPA from the horrid first semester I had as a freshman. Do you guys think I still have a good chance of going DO anywhere with these stats so far?

Freshman Year 1st semester - 3.02 (C in Chem 1, B in Bio 1)
2nd semester - 3.5 (A in Chem 2, B+ in Bio 2)
Sophomore Year 1st semester - 3.5 (C+ in Ochem, A in Physics 1)
Cum. Science GPA - 3.2

I have good extracurriculars and meaningful leadership positions. Ive also shadowed many doctors.

You're still early in your college career. You have plenty of time to raise your GPA. Get more As, continue your ECs, and study like hell for the MCAT, and you should be competitive when it's all said in done.
