Hi, here is my information.
I am applying in mid/late June
US permanent resident
race/sex- Asian/male
CA resident
Currently a 4th year in UCSD (graduating in June)
Academics
Major- Biochemistry & Cell biology (single major)
cGPA- 3.89
sGPA- ~4.0
I am not sure if this will help, but I have received total of 22 A+ in biology, chemistry and physics courses.
MCAT- my score will be out on June 14th. I expect my score to be in between 510 and 515.
EC
250 hours of hospital volunteering (in ER and cardiovascular departments)
Close to 1000 hours of research in Ochem lab (I will publish a paper this summer)
110 hours of Instructor Assistant
Phi Betta Kappa (Just joined. Did not really participate)
Planning to get EMT certified this summer and work as a EMT in fall
LOE
1 from my PI (I have taken 2 courses with my PI and been in his lab for 2 years)
1 from my cell biology professor (TAing for this professor)
1 from my microbial genetics professor
1 from my accounting professor (non-science)
