Please help with a school list, I want to narrow it down. I have a lot of extracurriculars and medical experiences as well to help weigh in.

Your chances are low for DO schools. You would be better off to retake the MCAT when your practice scores are consistently above 505 and apply next June. If you are going to apply anyway concentrate on the newer schools such as:
ARCOM (new school)
ACOM
BCOM (new school)
WCU-COM
LMU-DCOM
UP-KYCOM
WVSOM
LUCOM
VCOM (all 3 schools)
UIWSOM (new school-Texas)
NYIT-Arkansas (new school)
RVU-Utah (new school)
