Volunteer:300hr+ (Most of these hours were during school semester than in the summer)
Nonclinical volunteer: ~100 hours
Shadow: ~150hr+(All of these hours were during school semester than in the summer)
Research: 2 years of bench lab(research during school semester, no publication)
Teacher assistant: 2 years (for intermediate level courses)
Clubs: was not really involved but I did participate in some activities.
Work employment: winter break and summer break

For the most part, during my semester, mainly sophomore and junior year, I juggled research, volunteer, shadow, Teacher assistant during school, taking 17-19 credits each semester (only time I received a gpa lower than 3.85 was in freshman year). My summers I did some volunteer work, but mainly worked. Im not sure what else is relevant. I know my MCAT is low(extremely disappointed on my phy/chem and CARS after studying for the whole summer ) I am prepared to retake it if I have to, however, what do you guys think my chances are for MD and DO schools?

I noticed that you mention schools with a higher MCAT grade than a 503, do you mind telling me the reason for this? I thought that with a 503 I wouldn't have a high or even a decent chance in getting into those types of schools.

These are schools which have a 10th %ile that low. Thus, one is in striking distance.
