I'm currently a senior at WashU, can you tell me what my chances are?

Biology major
Psychology minor
cGPA: 3.25 (huge upward trend from 2.7 freshman yr)
sGPA: not sure, maybe around 3.1
MCAT score: 497
CHEM: 122
CARS: 126
BIO: 124
PSYCH: 125
retaking it in March
living in Pennsylvania but go to school in Missouri
Indian female

Shadowed physicians and residents in the ER for one semester
exec board for a Mental Health Awareness club for past 2 years - currently organizing a month long program for awareness on campus
worked in a research lab as an assistant for 3+ years
currently working on publishing a paper on clinical data for Alzheimer's disease and circadian rhythms
did Each One Teach One for 1 year
wrote a Wikipedia article
had research/shadowing experience in India (working under my uncle)
Dean's list twice

The sticky at the beginning of this forum would indicate that MD success with these stats is vanishingly small (your MCAT is almost the equivalent of a 24 on the scale used).
Do not retake until you are likely to do much better.

As of right now, stats are lethal for MD and DO, as is your lack of clinical exposure. The shadowing overseas will not count.
