Chances are zero without patient contact experience and volunteering in service to others. Get off campus and out of your comfort zone.
High school hours aren't generally counted. Just to let you know.

You definitely need clinical volunteering hours before you apply (at least 100). For schools you could add Drexel, GW, Cincinnati.
