MD & DO What are my chances?

So this is the first Time I am posting here so I Hope I post this in the right Place.
What are my chances?

Academics: cGPA 3.3, sGPA 3.0, MCAT will be taken in 3 weeks but on practice exams i have scored around a 502 normally

Internships/jobs:
I am an undergrad researcher assistant on an HIV project.
I work in my university as an Undergraduate Research Ambassador in the office of undergradute research.
I am a paid American Heart Association CPR instructor.
Shadowed an MDs for Months.

Extra-curritulars:
Executive Board member of an American Cancer Society Colleges against cancer chapter
Executive Board member of SNMA- Minority Associaiton of Pre-Medical Students (I am not an URM)
Riding-Attendant and Treasurer of my collegiate ambulance agency

State of Residency: NY

Based off that info what are my chances and possible schools if anyone has a suggestion?
I do not want to wait another cycle

Hard to give substantial advice without MCAT. If 505+ may have some chances at DO, anything below 500 would be lethal to any med school
