Are you using the MSAR to help with your choices? You have some schools on your list that do not take very many OOS...including FSU, FIU, Buffalo, and Alabama.

You can delete Florida State-they matriculated only 2 non residents two years ago. FIU, Buffalo and Alabama accept very few non residents.
