1 B in the prereq's....the rest A's.........in science courses (bio 1&2 chem 1&2 etc.........low non science GPA (2.4) 30 MCAT..bachelors degree in accounting complete......and 200 hours Shadowing MD and 100 hours volunteering the local EMS department...

What is your cumulative GPA? This number and MCAT are the two stats that your application is primarily judged by, then BCPM GPA. If you pass the cut offs established by a school, they will then evaluate your extracurriculars. The median cGPA for those accepted to med school is 3.65 for MD schools and 3.45 for DO schools. A 31 and 25.5 respectiviely are the median MCAT scores for the two types of med schools.

Cumulative is 2.5 but my science GPA is 3.8 what else can i do... i aced the pre req's .....

cgpa 2.5 will barely get you into the carribeans.

im not sure if there is any option better than carribeans because you would have to do 4 years of course work and get 4.0s to push it to a 3.3ish

You are going to need to raise your cGPA up a lot. Your MCAT score is slightly below average for MD and with a cGPA of 2.5 it doesn't matter that you have a very high sGPA. Your clinical/volunteer experience is also below average. I'd say take a couple of years to get your GPA up and get some more clinical experience!
