Hello, I'm 27 and doing postbac informally in citycollege.
I graduated in 2005 with 2.65 gpa in Biochemistry. After working as a dental technician in four years, I finally realized what I really want and decided to go back to school in last year. I'm currently taking 14 undergrat credits with some pre-req and one graduate class. My post baq gpa is 4.0 with some A+ in Orgo while working part time to make the tuition. I'm planning to take DAT in December aiming for +22 in average. But with my 2.65 from the first degree, my overal gpa is barely above 3.0 after upcoming spring semester. I'm dissapoined.. and want to know what needed to be done next so that I don't wasted another time. Here's my stat.

first cum gpa 2.65
sgpa 2.52

PBgpa 4.0 (so far)
overall gpa 3.02 (expected in spring 2011)

work experience
Dental technician with a certification (4 years)
worked in dental office (2 months in junior year)
manicuarist (6 months as a part time)
sales on hair accesarries (4 months as a part time)

any comment would be appreciated.. thanks in advance..

Most of the people posting on this board are interested in medical school and won't know how to advise you about dental school. You might want to ask admins to move this thread to the pre-dental boards.
