Currently i have around 3.70 overall gpa but my pre-reqs gpa is 3.56 without physics 1 and 2 and chemistry 2. I know it will go down after taking these classes because I hate physics and have never been really good at chemistry... It will probably be around 3.1-3.2 by the time I'm finished. My university is notorious for having the worst physics professors.

I have 400 plus hours of pt experience...

Founded my university's adapted sports program.
2 research experience
Adaptive aquatics volunteer

Working 25-35 hrs /week in a pt irrelevant job.

I am nervous about not getting in to any programs in Texas coz I don't want to pay out of state tuition or go o private school... Too much loan. I am very stressed out. 🙁

My state has 1 PT school and is notorious for not taking in-state students. Texas has many PT programs who do take in-state students. There's your advantage right there.
Secondly you don't know how physics and chemistry are going to go until you actually take them. I was really worried about physics and it ended up raising my pre-req GPA.
You have a good GPA.

Youre chances are good, just focus on doing well and don't stress so much before you take those classes.

Your total GPA so far is above average for the average GPA of accepted students to most DPT programs. I would not worry until after you take your classes and find out your grade. If those subjects are not your strongest, cut back a little on some of the other stuff your doing (work hrs, ect.) if you have to to be able to concentrate more on those classes when you take them. You can do well in a subject that you are not great at if you devote more time to it. I would not stress doing poorly before you actually take the class though. You might be surprised and find that you will do better than you expected to. Good luck.

I only have 6 classes to take in order to complete my pre-requisites and graduate. I am very nervous about physics... average GPA for the physics professor available next semester is around 2.2 according to my university's evaluation. I guess I will just need to put in the extra effort.

I just hope that even though my GPA is not the best, they would consider my PT experience, research experience and work load while attending school.

I think you're worrying too much about those classes. My aptitude is probably not much higher than yours and I got an A in both chemistry classes, an A in physics I, and a B in physics II.

Definitely get a workbook, and see a tutor once a week. I also would check out mathtutordvd. Those DVDs helped a lot. Plenty of other people who aren't as smart as you are have done fine in those classes. Don't underestimate yourself.

Will do such... Have you been accepted anywhere yet?

I've been accepted to an unaccredited school, but my chances are of obtaining an acceptance from another school is likely. The tutor I used was Nick from tutorhero.net. Highly recommended.
