Just curious what professional sleep doctors have to say on the safety/effects of concentrated caffeine pills.
I personally use em, and definately feel the impact on my sleep (or lack thereof). To compensate sometimes ill take melatonin but i feel like caf+melatonin is probably not the best for my mental long term
