They sort of do. Indiana University has a South Bend campus and if I remember correctly, you"re essentially considered a grad student at ND.

A lot of people make the mistake that ivy league = top school. When it is actually a.sports conference that many of the top schools happen to be in due to its long established history and prestige.

There are non ivy schools that outrank ivies in many majors, such as Stanford and MIT.
