Hi guys just wondering for those who did get into DO schools what are some good ECs to have. Also do DO school look heavily on research experience?
What are some good EC to have for DO school?

All the same ones that you need for M.D. schools. These are not required, but are good to have (in no order):
Research
Volunteering
Leadership Experience (organizations, clubs, societies, student government, etc.)
Shadowing*
Miscellaneous Extra-Curriculars (Mission trips, sports, hobbies)
*Any shadowing will do, but shadowing a D.O. is preferred because some D.O. schools require a D.O. letter of recommendation.
Research

A "good" EC is one that you genuinely enjoy doing consistently for an extended period of time that allows you some sort of personal enjoyment or enrichment.
If you do things just because you heard on the internet that medical schools like it, you probably won't get much out of it and that will be reflected in your writings and interviews.
