We've had treads about medical specialty stereotypes so let's have one about healthcare professions too.

I'm sure we're mature enough to handle a discussion about stereotypes and even poke some light hearted fun at it.

Let me start:

Doctors: GOD, had very good grades in school but no particular passion so they simply chose to pursue the most prestigious career out there
Dentists: mouth clean freaks, think teeth are beautiful
Physician assistants: women that like medicine but were too lazy in school to get the grades necessary to get accepted to medical school, unambitious
Podiatrists: like medicine but didn't have the grades for it, icky uninteresting job
Pharmacists: mousey or squeaky clean women, gentle men (not necessarily gentlemen)
Physiotherapist: sporty, a lot of their treatments don't work and actually do more harm than good
Occupational therapists: white girls who think they're doing something special/holistic/feel-good-ist OR white girls that like a tad bit of physical work, much less important than PT
Speech and language therapists: white girls who think they're doing something special/feel-good-ist OR....um that one describes all SLTs actually
Optometrists: good students but not good enough to get into medical school, sell and prescribe glasses all day long
Medical laboratory technologists: are under the impression that they're practicing high level science
Audiologists: easy job, not a profession in the true sense of the word
Orthoptist: same as audiologists only to the power of 5
Prosthetists: like to work with their hands, fifth rate biomedical engineers
Biomedical engineers: second rate electric/mechanic/biological engineers
Nurses: nasty moody girls, some nice and pretty ones, gay men, attracts quite a few people who find it's an easy job

I'm a future OT myself...

Nope. Just... nope.

Which ones would you say are the most accurate?
None are accurate, some are downright offensive. I think you mean well, but this isn't coming off as lightheartedly tongue-in-cheek as you're hoping.

You really really need to relax a bit and stop being so (perhaps wilfully) easily offended.
