During my interviews, while the interviewer was flipping throuhg my chart I saw a lot of bar grpahs on the backs of some pages? Anyone know what these are?

some schools [mine] submit a list of bar graphs as part of the Deans Letter that show the grade distribution for the different third year clerkships...

Yep. I think this a standard part of the Dean's Letter.

My school had bar graphs too

For our school they submit the grade distributions for the whole class for all the courses you took, M1-M4.

Some schools even have an individual arrow pointing at the bar on each graph where your grade lies.
