Depending on what caused your low gpa (lot of c+\b- vs ds and fs) you may be better off retaking some classes you did poorly on.

I was wondering if you guys can give me some ideas on which master programs to apply to and why. I have a 3.3 GPA 2.9 sGPA 500 MCAT. I am planning to apply to a DO school. I have applied last cycle to ~15 DO schools and were rejected by all, most of them mentioned my weakness which were the sGPA and LMU, LECOM and MU-COM offered me to do their master program. How much do you think a master program can help my case? Thanks!

How about the ones you were offered? Lecom is basically a guarantee. Other than that, if you wanted MD, try temple and drexel (URM/Eco disadvantaged only). Not much time left for drexel though...I just sent everything in today for them.
