With ONLY the following stats:

GPA: 3.5
MCATs: 30
Several good LORs
~100 hours of community service related to medicine

What are the odds of getting accepted into any med school?

In case anyone is wondering, this isn't me; I am just a curious high school senior 😀

Provided that said person has a clear drive towards medicine that is clearly expressed in personal statement, secondaries, LOR and interview, an acceptance to a US medical school is reasonable.

I'd say that the ECs are pretty limited. Any leadership? It would require strong essays and everything else. However, I think there is a very good chance of getting into a state school and maybe a private school.

I'm not sure what the point of this is. You said you are a high school senior - if those are the numbers you expect to get, well, you really shouldn't have any expectations about your MCAT performance or college GPA until you start getting your hands dirty. Things usually turn out very differently than you think, especially for aspiring pre-meds. If those are the numbers you hope to get, then honestly you should be aiming higher.

That's pretty close to the prototypical medical school student currently attending a US medical school. So, if you are just using those stats to gauge whether you can get into medical school (and there are many other factors such as your essays, interview, where you apply, etc) then I'd say you had a 50:50 chance each year you applied.

What if I added 1 or 2 ECs to the stats?

I didn't mean to come out sounding arrogant or clueless or anything like that. I just want to see what I might be up against, should I decide to pursue medicine; I'm still debating the idea in my mind.
