Just wondering but what are the med schools known for caring a lot about hours in clinical experience and non clinical and also how many hours do service oriented med schools usually want on average?

I don't know for sure but I suspect that some are looking for the equivalent of 1 year of full time work, in other words, 2000 hours.

Off the top of my head:
Albany
Drexel
Netter
SLU
Creighton
UCSF
UCLA
Miami,
Tulane
EVMS
USC,
Georgetown,
WVU (especially in that region, or at least to rural populations)
Rush
Loyola
U MI

They are looking for those with a validated commitment to a lifetime of service to those in greatest need.

A few others are a bit more specific: UTx-RG-service to Hispanic communities; Mercer-for Georgians; ETSU/Quillan-miliatry service, UCR-for people in the Inland Empire of CA
