What are the top child psychiatry programs?

As with all rankings, they are subjective exercises. However, I would like to get some feedback as to what your folks think are the top 10 or so child psychiatry programs.

As a med student hoping to go into child, it strikes me that it really depends on what experiences you're looking for... "Reputation" is certainly one dimension, but are you looking at academic/research, clinical, a specific population (autism, bipolar, etc.)? Are you interested in a particular area of the country? Others should definitely jump in as I am interested in their opinions myself!

I also think there have been posts on this in the past, but I don't know how much it may have changed since then.
