About two months ago, well, probably like one and a half months ago, I noticed these little bumps on my right hand. At first I thought "maybe it's acne" because I heard you could, hypothetically, get acne on your hand. However, I used some acne pads on it, but it never went away. They don't really hurt or itch or anything. They are just like these little tiny barely noticeable bumps, they are only on one hand and only on a certain part of that hand. It's strange, because it's like a line, there's like one (or two) below my thumb, four-or-five scattered around the knuckle of my pointer finger, and four like directly in between where those two are.
I talked to my parents about it, and my dad said it was probably just a birth-mark, but I didn't have it until about a month ago, my mom is going to take me to a hands-head-and-feet doctor or something like that sometime (assuming they don't go away by then either by my doing or on their own). I ripped one of the little bumps off, but it grew back (I think it's smaller now though). I have no clue what they are or how to get rid of them. It was a rather strange sight when I ripped a couple of em off, there wasn't any pus or fluids or anything, but it just looked a little odd. here is a picture, please tell me what it is and how to get rid of them.
