What are your thoughts about NECO

I just got accepted into NECO, but still have to hear from SUNY. Would anyone prefer NECO over SUNY? SUNY seems more "cut throat" but students at NECO seemed more laid back. I'm hoping to get into SUNY b/c I'm from NY but I think that I may be wait listed.

If you get accepted to SUNY, I would definitely pick SUNY

Read this thread Board 1 Pass Rate

You should try to get into SUNY, UCBCO or SCO. They have the highest pass rates. Some may say, "they teach to the test". That is NOT true. I went to SCO, we studied hard because we were trying to pass the damnnn classes taught by A$$es described in the thread above.
School that have high pass rates will challenge you, and treat you like you are in a doctorate program.

Don't get me wrong, I have been to NECO.. Nice school in a beautiful city of Boston. But with a pass rate of 67% ?? Yikes.

LISTEN TO ME CAREFULLY. YOU DO NOT WANT TO BE THE 33% THAT FAILS NBEO PART I. It is truly one of the suckiest 2 days of your life.

By the end of day 1, I couldn't feel my ASS. (since it was basically glued down to the chair) and to top it off, you get to go home and look forward to day 2. 😱
