What BSA formula to use

Hi everyone,

If a drug is a chemo drug and the question doesn't ask/give for a specific formula, would we use kg/m2 or square root of (height -cm x weight-kg/3600) for BSA to calculate the dose?

Confused on your question. One is units for BMI and the other is BSA.

For chemotherapy drugs, they're mainly dosed based on BSA. Recommend to use Mosteller equation since it's easier to remember.
Mosteller : = √ height (cm) x weight (kg)/3600
