what should i do in doses of dosing regimens ?
should i memorize all the doses ?
it will be exhausing the doses is written in exhausing way you may know


mg per kg per day
may be written
1 st day you should give the dose then second day then third day ....
you should give loading dose then maintenance dose
you should give loading dose mg/kg/da then maintenance dose mg/kg/day threatment
should be for certain days !!!!!

Not sure I am fully following what you're asking:

Yes, you need to be able to convert between kg --> grams --> mg --> mcg (should be memorized at this point)
Yes, you need to be able to understand (kinetic-wise) why loading dose is given vs maintenance dosage (ie, vancomycin dosing strategies)

If this is a matter of stoichiometry refresher, you need to be able to dose based on hospital procedure/protocol which (more times than not) reflects therapeutic guidelines and drug manufacturer labeling.

Not speaking as someone with a BCPS, but you may not be getting responses since it may not be entirely clear what you're asking.
