what cells do NOT divide/undergo mitosis?

I believe nerve cells, cardiac muscle and skeletal muscle do not. Does smooth muscle divide? Any more?

Really not needed information for the MCAT. You are good with knowing muscle and neurons do not.

Generally, if a cell is super-specialized, it can't undergo mitosis.

And you are correct, blood cells (red/white) are derived from hematopoeitic stem cells and they do not divide themselves.
