Are the Comptia A+ and Cisco CCNA useful to get into the field? Are there any others I should pursue?

Pharmacy IT is not helpdesk support or network administration. You need to be a pharmacist with a strong operational and clinical background who can solve problems and is comfortable with computers. Search this forum for plenty of discussion and information, we have several threads with good info on the field.
