can a catalyst change K as well?

Only temperature can change Ka, Kb, Kw, Keq, or Ksp.

Now if by K you mean Rate Constant then yes a catalyst can impact the K value.

Refer to Arrhenius Equation: K = Ae ^ (-Ea/RT)...lower activation energy =>greater K value => Faster the rate
