I am about to start medical school and something that kind of worries me is that I enjoyed them chemistry classes much more than the biology classes. I especially enjoyed organic I, II and advanced organic. I also enjoyed all the upper lever biochem classes that actually made you do the chemistry.
I did not enjoy any of the three physiology classes I took nor did I find the other bio classes interesting.
In my understanding medical school is essentially a zillion memorization biology classes. So I am a little afraid of the transition. I bet I am not the only person in this postion. I also bet the engineering majors have a worse transition than me coming up. They are used to almost all quantitative classes and now they are going to spend the next two years memorizing. I hope it works out for all if us.
