I am going to take five classes my first semester. I will be attending a CC so I have to take certain classes in order to transfer to my university of choice.

Classes already decided
1. Psychology
2. Spanish

I don't know which perquisites to take first. Any suggestion on the other three? thanks

Ease yourself into the pace of college by taking the required GE classes you'll need to transfer. You may have to take some science courses to stay on track for a 2 year transfer agreement, however, don't overdo it. This first semester will very important to build up momentum. You have a clean GPA slate. Don't take it for granted.

Spanish and Psychology shouldn't be too bad. If you want to start hammering out your pre-reqs, why not go for General Chemistry?

Intro bio w/lab
Intro chem w/lab
Cal 1
Spanish
Psychology
3 hours of research a week

You can easily handle this and have plenty of free time with proper time management. Get the prereqs done early. Trust me, it feels really good (and it builds a lot of confidence) to dominate first semester and get a 4.0 while taking a heavier course load.

Edit: I am not sure how it looks to take basic sciences at a CC, so take this with a grain of salt

The college I will be attending this fall recommends:

Principles of Bio 1 /w Lab

Gen Chem 1/w Lab

English

Trig

Math would be good to add (e.g. Statistics, Calculus, Precalc, etc.)
