What counts as one of your 7 MCAT attempts?

I'm curious about this as well as what shows up as a "blank" MCAT score to adcoms on the searchable score report thingy. I know for a fact that a void counts, but does signing up, then cancelling count as 1 of your 7? How about not cancelling, but no-showing on test day? How about signing up, then changing dates? Thanks guys!

Either way, hope you will never need to take it 7 (or 6 if it counts) times. I could barely take it once.
