I'm not talking about specific test companies necessarily, but specific practice you did. Were the AAMCs really good prep for you? Did the Kaplan Q-Bank really pay dividends on test day? Was reviewing content more helpful for the minutiae than most people say?

Definitely AAMCs. They were without a doubt the most helpful. It made me much more confident with everything about the mcat. I suggest reviewing all questions including the ones you got right just to solidify the material and ensure complete comprehension. Content review was important also obviously but the AAMCs were really helpful
