What did you use for Step 3 and what was most helpful?

I used "crush step 3" and only that. It is an awesome, succinct book.

I used Crush the Boards and found it excellent as well. I also did all the questions and cases that were sent out to applicants. It's very important to become familiar with the interface that is used in the cases. The cases themselves are very easy but you need to understand how the software works. I spent a month doing very leisurely review and did better on Step 3 than both Steps 1 and 2.
