I'm currently taking General Chemistry II, I'm looking at a B or a B+ for my finishing lecture grade and probably a B- in the lab. All of my lab grades are B-'s. My science GPA is probably going to be a 3.2 or a 3.3 when I apply to medical school. If I don't get into medical school right away, what do I do? I heard of people going post bacc, what are my options?

If you do not want to go to the caribbean, post bacc or a smp (special masters program) would be best. Here is a link explaining special masters programs: http://forums.studentdoctor.net/showthread.php?t=346106 .

Your other option would be to just keep reapplying, but I think you should attempt to raise that gpa.

+1

Have you taken the MCAT yet? Also, have you considered DO as an option?

If you are gung ho on MD, you will need to raise your GPA a bit more.
