Okkk people bear with me a little bit, i'm basically clueless as to the whole pharm school app process because i'm 1. lazy and 2. too busy lately to do research

So I'm basically looking to apply for the next fall term in 2009. I know i'm a bit late to start thinking about this but hey, what can ya do right? I just got my pcat score back, and i did really well (97% composite). I graduated this past may at U of Illinois, and my GPA kinda stunk (2.92 cumulative). I had pretty much zero extracurricular activites at college (outside of drinking myself stupid) and i have no experience volunteering or working as a pharm tech. However, I am working full time right now as a QC chemist for a pharmaceutical company

Ok, so what i really need to know are 2 things: 1. What are my chances of getting into pharmacy school. I'm not too picky, but since i live in Illinois i'm looking at one of the Illinois schools: UIC, midwestern, etc. Second, what are the steps i need to take now to apply, and what kind of timeline am i looking at? I heard of this pharmCAS thing that i havent yet looked into but we can use this to apply for multiple schools? I'm just a bit clueless on this whole process, so any help is really appreciated. Thanks ^o^

Look at the FAQs here for helpful info. Yes you can use PharmCAS to apply to multiple schools. Most but not all schools use PharmCAS so keep that in mind. You also need to look up app deadlines and pre-reqs the schools you want to apply to require.

honestly speaking, if you aren't willing to do the research yourself, i don't know if you really want to be in this profession. there is no room for laziness~

How can you be lazy and be to busy to do research?

Use the search function, and I think its about time you cut the umbilical cord, nobody is going to spoon feed you.
