What do I put for AMCAS?

Hey everyone, it has been a while since I last posted. I submitted my TMSDAS application and I am about to submit AMCAS. So there was a summer research I did that I put 560, I did it from May to August when it was like 470 or so. I was wondering, for AMCAS do I put 470 or 560? kinda unsure what to do. Stick to 560 or just put 470? Please help, thanks.

The two systems are separate and there is no sharing. What is the most accurate number? Put that.
