What do SMP and post bacc programs look at?

I'm a premedical student..GPA is in the 3.0 to 3.2 range. Small amount of clinical exposure...home healthcare with quadrapalegic for a summer (she's passed away now) , volunteered holding babies. No research. I'm in Indiana. Would I be a SMP candidate or post bacc? I haven't taken the MCAT yet. Truthfully..I would love to go out of state...but I'll go where taken.

You could do either SMP or post-bacc, it just depends on the program.
