On top of my regular hobbies I admitted to catching rare pokemon for my daughter :/ I'm a D1 now and thankfully she doesn't know what shiny pokemon are and I pray she never cares enough to find out about those or IVs.
I lift things up and put them down [emoji123]

Uh... probably not exactly what they want to hear. If that's honestly what you want to say I would come up with a good way to phrase it. Like maybe you're so busy throughout the day that you don't have a ton of energy to do other things so with the little free time you have you like to recover and watch some TV. Maybe that's your way of showing the interviewers that you believe in balance or something? Anyway, I would not want to show them a lot of laziness... Maybe pick something new up? That would be a perfectly acceptable answer, "As a matter of fact, I just picked up _______. I love learning new things!" Cheesy, yes, but it works. So I guess this is a common question in an interview. I love watching tv and that's honestly what I do when I'm free. would this be looked down upon? also video games???
One my pre-dental friends said he said playing video games and related to his hand skills!
