What do you guys think of a specific LOR for a specific program at a specific school?

This can only help right? I really want to get into UW and their RISE program which serves underserved communities. I did a public health internship 2 summers ago where I helped out at an underserved community and I was thinking of asking the director of that program for a letter. What are your thoughts? I would think dental schools would like it if they thought you were fit for one of their programs right?

You may want to check UW's requirements on who they prefer LOR's from. Several schools on my list preferred them to be only from Health Advising Committee, Science Professors or Dentists that you have shadowed or worked for. Good luck to you!
