I have been scoring 18-19 on Bio 15-17 on GenChem and Orgo, and 17 on QR, I take the DAT June 21st.... Im freaking out that I won't be ready in time. For people that have used the Destroyer where do you think a good place to be is at?

how are you scoring yourself with destroyer?

are you just counting out 30q for gchem/ochem and 40 q for bio

and then use the sample conversion chart?

Sometimes I feel the destroyer level of questions to be extremes. I'd run in groups where its just too obvious think no way will they ask this stuff. I'd get maybe 1 or 2 at best. then of course the ones I feel are ridiculously hard or with bio extremely detailed where I'd go crap I might just guess with this on the real thing.

Yeah. I've just been doing 40 bio, 30 GChem, and 30 OChem at a time, then, the QR tests. Then looking at the KBB conversion chart in the back, It might not be the most accurate thing in the world, I just hope the DAT is easier than the GChem and Ochem sections

Don't bother scoring it. Destroyer doesnt have a standardized distribution of question difficulty, like herk says. Best way to use destroyer is to do the questions, then correct them. Even if you get the question right, also know and learn why every other answer choice is wrong. It will really improve your depth of knowledge.

Don't get freaked out by your scores liek the above poster said the questions aren't standardized focus on understanding the solutions and problems and retaining that information...........the test will encompass a wide variety of questions from different topics covered so focus on knowing ur material and you should be fine. Best of luck

Thanks, I hope I do well, who doesn't I'm very nervous because I've screwd up tests like this in the past (ACT ect.) went from a 19 to a 34... no joke. hopefully with a 19 AA i can get in with 2.5 years of Research, conferences etc. and lots of EC. Best of luck to everybody whos is taking the test soon.

Doesn't the destroyer have a disclaimer or some notice saying not to approach the questions as test questions??? It's simply a bank of information
