so this is my junior year and I'm planning to take the DAT after christmas break.I will have 5 weeks to study for it. ( but I will start preparing for it from now especially for the PAT + math + reading sections). the problem is that I will be taking it without having orgo 2 ( which means I'm going to teach my self ! ). But the good thing that I'm fresh with most of my biology + Gen chem + orgo 1. So I think this gives kind of balance !. I'm not sure if this is a good way... So what do think ?

My goal is to get 21 and above

my sources : DAT Destroyer + math destroyer + DATbootcamp + AP bio + cliffs note + crack DAT PAT + chad's viedos

your help and thought means a lot .. so comment please 🙂

thanks !

That's fine. Orgo II stuff is rarely seen on the DAT except spectroscopy, IR, C-NMR, H-NMR, etc. There might be some sugar, amino acids, lipid, and nucleic acid stuff in Orgo II as well, but if you watch Chads then you will be golden because most of what he covers can be on there.

Your material is good enough to get your 20+. Couple your bio with YouTube videos/khan academy/craig savage and try to get a zoology textbook just for extra information. I would actually advise studying now. 5 weeks is good but if you start prepping little by little from now it will make the 5 weeks a whole lot easier.

PAT is mastered with practice. Start doing CDP from today and keep doing one test a day. Thats how you can do well on the PAT
