Here's my drama du jour:
I called the University of Wisconsin last Friday. They told me that my application was going before the final committee on Tuesday night (1/15). (I interviewed right after Turkey Day.) So at 6:15PM Tuesday, the director of admissions called me personally at home to tell me that my application would have gone before the committee, but a few committee members got called away so they didn't have a quorum. My question is this: why would the DIRECTOR of adimissions call me??? Is this good, bad, or unreadable?
