You didn't give us much info as far as state schools or previous applications. 25 is low for MD but not unheard of.

If you are determined that you don't want to go to a DO schools, then get a tutor (for verbal specifically...try Princeton Review or Kaplan) since you need to increase your verbal score. Personally I think that you should consider DO schools...some of them are not so well known and maybe too new, but the more established ones get their students into good residencies, which is what you should basically care about.
