As a premed preparing for interviews, I would like to know what you really would have liked to know about your program before matriculating, but didn't know enough to ask. (I don't expect this will take the place of researching specific programs. I'm simply thinking there are questions I don't know to ask, and I would love some words of wisdom from the more experienced.)

In all honesty, most places I asked questions was just to show interest. I prepared very well for my interviews as you should too by looking at their website, catalog, etc. When I was there for the interview I knew usually more than enough at the school. Besides this, the interviewer will not give you crap about the school.

The people to ask the most important questions are the students. Always ask
a) are you happy here?
b) was it the way you thought it would be?
c) what do you think of the school?
