What does a radiation oncologist earn in New Zealand?

I see these jobs/contract positions posted every so often and was curious what a radonc salary is like in NZ (posted a week ago on ASTRO jobs board).

When I looked into it 11-12 years ago it was between $150-200k/year.

Medical school is substantially cheaper there, with tuition at $14-15k/year and financial support available through StudyLink's Student Allowance.

I think you can find it online. Not as much as AUS apparently. Which is to say not as much as US, even in today’s market I think.

A radiologist e.g. can make $1,000,000 per year... with "generous" time off (Bali is a short flight from Darwin!). And the rad oncs who work in AUS do pretty well, have pretty good QOL.
