do you know if it only covers tuition and fees or everything thats included in the estimated total cost?

i would imagine only tuition and fees, although i don't have any firsthand knowledge 🙁

A full ride scholarship means it covers tuition and fees but NOT living expenses and the such although some schools will give the scholarship stipends that may cover most of the extra expenses...
