I am reading a Medical report in Serbian and the report states:

EKG: Rhythm sinus, fr. 90/min, levogram, without change ST-T segm.
In Serbian the words are EKG: Ritam Sinusa, fr.90/min, levogram, bez promjena, ST-T segm.

I have never seen this word “levogram” used in English. I am not a Cardiology student but I need to translate this asap.

Basically I need a crash course in Cardiology if anybody is willing to help me out:)

Thank you.

Just a 3rd year medical student here, but from a quick googling of the word, I think levogram means that the ECG is only representing the spread of impulses through the left ventricle. Which makes sense since levo means left.
