What does "mailed" and then "not mailed" mean in application?

So my app was mailed out on 6/27. However, my DAT is still missing because I didn't take it until 6/25. My committee letter has not been added yet either (despite my subtle pestering). My app now contains a line that says "not mailed 7/7/14". Is that because nothing else has been received to send out? Anybody else have something similar?

They still send out applications without DAT and letters. They just send those when they receive them. I believe they are resenting them out.

You have an addition to your application (your DAT scores) so you application will be mailed once again. The wording should change to mailed once it is sent out on 7/7 because 7/4 is a holiday.
